We want every purchase from Shine With Dignity to feel thoughtful, fair, and reassuring. Because we sell intimate hygiene products, certain conditions apply to protect the safety and wellbeing of all our customers.

1. Change-of-Mind Returns
Due to the nature of sanitary and personal hygiene products:

Opened or used hygiene products cannot be returned or refunded.

Is in its original, sealed packaging

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be processed.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

3. SHINE Pack (Bundle) Returns
The SHINE Pack contains multiple items, including hygiene products.

If any hygiene item within the SHINE Pack has been opened, the entire pack becomes non-returnable.

If the SHINE Pack is unopened and sealed, it may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection.
This policy helps us maintain hygiene standards and fairness for all customers.
4. Refund Processing
